From Southbound I-95 Take west bound 836; bear right and exit on NW 12 Avenue. Turn Right on NW 12th Avenue and merge left. Make a left hand turn at NW 14 Street. The hospital will be on the right hand side.
From Northbound I-95 Take West bound 836 and exit on NW 12 Avenue, stay on the right hand side as you exit and make a left hand turn at the first light which is NW 14 Street.
From Eastbound 836 Exit at
From 826 North or South: Take Eastbound 836. Exit at
From the Beaches: From 195 Take I-95 South to West bound 836 on NW 14 Street and bear right. Go straight down 14 street to NW 12 Avenue. The hospital will be on your right hand side.
From 395: Take I-95 South to West bound 836. Exit on NW 14 Street and bear right. Go straight down 14 street to NW 12 avenue. The hospital will be on your right hand side.

TO ENTER THE MAIN LOBBY: (EAST BUILDING) Park on any floor and take the elevator to the 3rd Floor. Follow Brown dots on floor to main entrance.
DRIVING TO MAIN ENTRANCE: TO DRIVE TO MAIN ENTRANCE (EAST BUILDING), Turn left at 1st traffic light after NW 14th Street, (Papanicolau) and make a left onto the ramp.
TO ENTER THE OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT: (South Building) Park on any floor and take the elevator to the 1st Floor. Enter hospital via right entrance. Outpatient Department is located immediately adjacent to entrance.
